Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Trial Lesson and Pleasure flights pages and click the "Buy Now" button underneath the item you wish to buy, this will take you through to the PayPal secure site where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Once you have filled out these details you will need to click the "Review your order and continue" button. The next page allows you to review your payment, you will then need to click on the "Pay now button". Once your order is completed you will receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming receipt of your order.
Credit Card Security
We accept credit card payment and use PayPal for our Credit Card Processing. Online orders can be purchased with Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard, Electron, Switch, and Delta, Amex and Maestro or Solo cards.
To protect our customers from any chance of fraud, we use PayPal’s securely encrypted site for all credit card transactions.
Delivery Information
Delivery is free via the Royal Mail, you can normally expect delivery within 5 days. Any of our flights ordered before 5pm on weekdays will be sent First Class by post the same day.
Gift vouchers are sent in plain packaging addressed to the buyer.
Privacy Policy
The information you provide to East Midlands Helicopters will be used for the administration and marketing purposes of East Midlands Helicopters only. We may keep your information on file for a reasonable period to contact you about our services. The information is also used to contact visitors to our site if necessary. Other than required to complete your order we will not disclose your personal information to any third party.
Website Description and Prices
All descriptions and illustration in the website represent the general idea of the gift or experience being purchased. To the best of our knowledge all prices and information are correct and we reserve the right to amend the prices without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Cancellation Rights & Refunds
Cancellation Rights. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of placing the order. The cancellation period ends 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. On receipt you will receive a full refund excluding any costs incurred in returning them. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment.
After the cancellation period of 7 days, our gift vouchers become transferable but non refundable.
